What blockchain teaches us is something so simple that most don't see why it is not trivial to ask why decentralize? How many of us here actually realize that it is not just about cryptocurrencies or blockchain? We fathom ethereum & ethereum based tokens, big shot ICOs and "IMHO" people who love to live in their live in hype of the next big thing.
The point here is that we need to stop the pump-pump relaying of hugely hyped things and understand the real stuff, things that matter to us, technology that makes our lives better and provide the future a fruitful and innovative way to create a value ecosystem.
Blockchain to it's core, in principal is a dumb and blind data structure which blocks updating the state of data in some way or the other. There isn't much to it. But what happens when you start replacing todays existing data infrastructure with a blockchain? What if I were to tell you that we do it every day unknowingly? My next post on Blockchain will elaborate what today's decentralization is missing and what "Vitalik Buterin" has missed in saying "How the internet is supposed to work?"
