  Heart rate in each person is different depending on various conditions. The conditions that affect a person's heart rate are:
a. age
b. weight
c. gender
d. health
e. activity.

  For example, when sitting, a person's heart rate is seventy per minute, but when standing, heart rate becomes 81 per minute. Under normal circumstances (rest) the heart rate of healthy adults ranges from 60 to 80 per minute.

In addition to heart rate, blood pressure in the arteries can also be measured. Blood pressure can be measured using a tensimeter and stethoscope. Normal adults have 120/80 blood pressure. That value means that the heart pressure is distinguished between the pressure when the blood comes out of the heart called systole, which is 120, and the pressure when blood enters the heart called diastole, which is 80.
